If your item is defective or damaged during the shipping process please contact your local post office. All priority mail packages are insured through USPS. They will inspect the package and materials. Be sure to show proof of your invoice (amount of purchase) and they will refund you for the damages they created during shipping.

If you want to return an item simply because you do not like the scent you chose, we will be happy to accommodate you. In this instance, we ask the buyer to pay for return shipping.

Custom blend products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep this in mind when ordering our custom blends.
